How are the boards shipped to ensure freshness?
All Boarderie boards are shipped overnight in custom-designed, temperature-controlled packaging with non-toxic ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to eat.
Do I need to assemble the board myself?
No assembly is required! Our boards arrive fully arranged on a reusable acacia wood tray. Simply unbox, peel back the airtight seal, and serve.
How long will my board stay fresh after arrival?
When kept refrigerated in its original vacuum seal, your board will stay fresh for up to 7-10 days. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 24 hours for the best quality.
Can I customize the ingredients for dietary restrictions?
We offer specific pre-designed options for various dietary needs, including Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegan boards. Please check our collection pages for these specialized selections.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or late due to shipping delays, please contact our support team for a full replacement or refund.
